  The staff friendly and helpful, but when to comes to paying they normally have about one person on the till and a massive queue. Staff normally in the back of the shop. But if you don't mind queuing. its a good shop. As for prescription forget never have the medication you need. Say they will text you when it's comes in and they never do. I though boots was one of the top chemist, never anymore they are just joke. Try another chemist

  Pharmacy staff said they were too busy dispensing prescriprions to make eye contact or acknowledge my presence as i stood for several minutes holding my prescription clearly waiting for attention when the lady in front had been served . They need some customer service training!!! Plenty of other pharmacies will be happy to help..
